Refund and access policy

Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal. Access remains active until the paid period ends unless a refund, dispute, or manual lock requires earlier removal.
Refund requests
Send refund requests to hello@mathelinux.io with your account email, payment provider, receipt or transfer reference, and the reason for the request. Provider rules may apply for automated checkout.
Manual bank transfer
Manual bank-transfer requests are verified outside the app before access is granted. If a transfer cannot be matched, support will ask for sender details and proof of transfer.
Access after refund or expiry
Refunded, expired, canceled, or revoked access locks paid lessons, practice, mentorship, talks, and member tools. Completed progress, submissions, and certificates remain stored for account history and audit.
